I am a versatile marketing professional with a decade of success enhancing user journeys across digital, brand, and product-focused initiatives. My background has taught me that while data tells you what is happening, understanding user behavior through UX research tells you why. I leveraged this curiosity to pivot from traditional campaign marketing to the product side of the business.

I've spent much of my career leading cross-functional teams to launch global e-commerce platforms and manage programs that connect technical features to actual customer needs. To me, true "digital transformation" isn't just about buying new software. It is about deeply understanding the desired outcome for both the customer and the employee, then building a launch and adoption strategy into every solution I deliver. My goal is to remove friction from complex products and processes, ensuring that the value is clear and the path to using it is as smooth as possible.
